COLTS PLEASED WITH ALLOCATIONS

All in all the club feel that the allocation system has been kind to them. More than half the riders were under the same management at Birchington last season.

Although Henri has departed, dale Woodward's great experience will be a great help with younger riders and as such he will coach the Colt's Academy Team along with Aussie favourite, Ollie Roodenburg,  who will himself will be a strong in the 2nd String ranks.

Iwade also acquired the rider with possibly the longest name in the S-League, Alexander Komljenovic, who the Birchington fans nicknamed "Sander the Panda" because of his Black and White kevlars and hope the name will stick! The Colts firmly believe that he is one of the most exciting prospects in the Sovereign League and as such much is expected from him this season.

Matt Ashworth was a late season signing in SL20 for the Bears from Verwood and he will be a part of Academy Team were will feel his career will benefit from regular racing and should help him progress.

Jonathan Fox had been at Fleetwood for 14 years before their untimely closure at the end of last season and he has proved to be a prolific rider in that time having been British Champion in SL14 and World Under 21 Champion in SL9 and should prove to should prove to be a valuable asset  for the newly formed Colts. Sam game has been a team-mate of Fox's for the past 8 seasons at the Sharks and will be looking to further his career at Old Gun Road.
